STALL DIMENSION

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BARE SPACE STALL EXHIBITORS, STALL DESIGNERS AND OTHER EXHIBITORS.

• Stall holders who are designing their own stall or want to take their stall earlier can take their stall position from 20^th December 2026. On 20^th December 2026 after 5 PM, stall designers are allowed to erect the stall inside the exhibition premises. Stall designers must only work inside their own stall. If work is done outside, they must clean the general area outside the stall before 8 PM on 20^th December 2026.

• Stall designer cannot construct the back wall of the stall higher than 12 feet and the front fascia wall more than 12 feet.

• Note: As per venue partner policy for TECH VAPI 2026, heavy vehicles are not permitted inside the exhibition venue. Exhibitors must unload heavy materials at the material entry gate (2^nd Gate) and transfer them to their stalls through the Organizers' Transit Partner (Crane or Hydra services). Charges will apply based on the materials being transported. For heavy machinery loading & unloading, Hydra cranes will be available on a chargeable basis.

• After the exhibition concludes on 24^th December 2026, no vehicles will be allowed. You may carry your material by hand after 6:30 PM. Hydra & forklift services will be available after 9:30 PM. Stall designers can begin dismantling their stall after 9:30 PM.
